Standards note. Thermography surveys are performed under normal running load with findings ranked by severity. Calibration is performed against reference instruments and issued with traceable certificates. Site work runs under our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 systems.

Specialised technical services — common questions
What does a thermography survey find?
Loose connections, overloaded phases and failing components show as heat long before they fail or burn. The infrared survey scans panels and busbars under normal load and ranks each hotspot by severity, so rectification can be prioritised and verified by a repeat scan.
Why does calibration need to be traceable?
An audit accepts a calibration certificate only if it chains back to reference standards. Certificates issued for each instrument state the reference used — that chain is what “traceable” means, and it is what the auditor checks.
Is rainwater harvesting mandatory?
For many building categories in Delhi NCR and Haryana, yes — and it increasingly appears in corporate ESG commitments regardless of mandate. We design, build and maintain recharge and storage systems; the sustainability page covers how this feeds ESG reporting.
Can these services run under our existing AMC?
Yes. Thermography and calibration are calendar items that slot into an electromechanical AMC, so certificates renew on schedule. Fabrication and rainwater harvesting works are scoped per job.
